Verification Process

*In response to the COVID-19 outbreak all electronics are properly cleaned with Lysol products to kill the virus*

1. IMEI numbers are cross-checked across multiple sites to ensure the phone is not stolen or lost.

2. Phones are completely reset. All of your data will be erased before being donated.

3. Phones are checked for water damage.

4. Internal software checks are run to make sure the phone is in good condition.

5. You will receive an email about where your phone ends up and who it helps!
